We had American BBQ cater our wedding this past weekend and it was outstanding. We got a package that included pulled pork, beef brisket, and mac and cheese along with a few other dishes. We received nothing but complements and most people went up for seconds and thirds.We also had a soft drink package which included bottled sodas and waters as well as iced tea and lemonade on tap, perfect for the 90 degree day.Besides the quality of the food, they were extremely flexible and helpful while we were planning. We hired the American BBQ Company for our daughter's graduation party this past weekend and selected the Summer Essential Package. The food was excellent, and there was more than enough for everyone! We have used the American BBQ company a few times for catering orders. Yesterday we had a luau for my daughter and ordered a tray of the Pineapple Chicken and the Sweet and Sour Pork. Both were delicious! Huge portions. Ordering was so easy and the owners are so accommodating. I would definitely recommend them for your catering needs.
