I have to change the valuation since it's the second time they don't order. I have to call an hour and a half later and jotamente tell me they were going to call me now. Sometimes the well-made burger is asked, and it comes without doing. everything is solved by saying that the application is saturated (although they have a phone number and order), or that they give you an order (when we simply want to be served the order we request and ask,) but that I tell the people that at 11 is without dinner, waiting for the order I asked, and also I got the application at the time. After more than 5 or 6 opportunities, we will stop asking grandchildren's for disappointment in so orders.
We have asked several times and there is no way that the order does not suffer unforeseen. incomplete order, bad, late delivery. But two days ago, it was tremendous. After waiting 2 hours and 10 minutes calling from home without receiving any answers, it was my partner who had to end up dropping for it. I think the application should show real time and not put 40-45min as a general rule for shipments and 20min for collections in the local. I don't think we'll ask for anything again, even if we still go to the place because we have so many burgers and menus from the little ones.
There is always something missing in the orders of house, salsa, something extra. I also find the cost of some extras, counting 1€ a small pot of salsa or something extra of something like a slice of cheese for 0,50€. the shipment costs 3€, it is not worth it in these times to pay that money if you live in the felguera. the rest the quality of the food is good.
I have been disappointed in the take away service since after almost an hour of waiting I have to leave empty hands because they tell me they are going very slow and they will take longer; they had initially told me 20 minutes. I hope that my comment will serve to improve the service as, in the local itself, the attention has always been very good
