American Cafe - Réserver une table

Me and my family had dinner at the American Cafe. I live close by to this restaurant and we have ate there other occasion. This time I was not to happy with the service that day. The waiter seemed like he didn't want to be there. We ate and payed the check. The next day I was going over my Acount and noticed that there was an extra charge on my account. I was surprised and disappointed. I didn't expect that to accrue in this restaurant. I called several time but I was not getting anywhere. I had to drive to the restaurant when I spoke to the manager it was the same person that charged me that day. They sounded like they where surprised but I didn't like that they took it on them self to run...
