The pizza at this restaurant was of poor quality. I ordered deep pan but received thin crust. The pizza was burnt and lacked sufficient toppings. The service was bad, with extra hidden charges and prices that have increased without notification. They now charge for dips that were previously free. The restaurant is not following government guidelines for COVID-19, as staff are not wearing masks or gloves. The pizza was left to get cold and the staff were rude and unhelpful. There was no regard for customer satisfaction. The shop appeared dirty and unhygienic. I wanted to give zero stars, but unfortunately one star is the lowest rating. I was very disappointed with my experience.
