American Steak House

I had a issue today not with the restaurant but with GrubHub and one of the drivers and there was a very nice woman on shift her name is Monique. She called me back after I called twice to try to find out where my food was again it wasn't the steakhouse's fault it was GrubHub but I just wanted to leave a review on her because she made sure that GrubHub gave me a credit for the food that I bought and her and her manager both had the restaurant remake my food and send me the order fresh after I was waiting for over an hour for the GrubHub driver to bring me back my food so thank you to her.

Their staff is friendly, they have a very visible and easy to order from menu. During this visit, they did give us a few wrong items (i.e., wanted fries instead of bake potatoes) their tables were cleaned. I was truly bummed that they switched their A1 steak sauce to an off brand steak sauce that was not good in my and my childs humble opinion.

Places has not changed since the early 90s but it's comforting in a way. You know what your gonna get when you go here. Food is good. The only gripe right now is that the salad bar is still not self service.

the food is good it does seem a little less than when you get it at the restaurant but it is still worth it

I had the Salmon which was ok. The sides were delicious. The Hostess was friendly!
