"I signed up for a class with this company several weeks ago. Despite sending six text messages and emails, as well as making multiple phone calls, I have not received any response from the company. I have questions and concerns but no one has reached out to me. The lack of communication for the price they charge for their classes is unacceptable. I had planned on sending eight of my employees to these classes, but I have changed my mind due to the poor customer service and lack of response from the company. If you are considering taking a class with this company, be prepared to pay a high price and receive no response from anyone. It is not worth it in my opinion."
