When you get there it's always overcrowded and you have to wait. You have to wait for your food for at least hour. And the employees there are very nasty to you. Meaning have a nasty disposition about a self. They waste your time by talking on the phone. It not any apology for the food wait or the act like they can not answer any question and I don't hurry up with their food they don't have enough people working there wrking. ? nowhere to seat really...it not in a safe area. It's nasty ? in the place n bugs Crawling...this What's the baddest experience that I ever experience with dealing with restaurant.
I wouldn’t come back here if my life depended on it. This has got to be worst representation of food I have ever seen. The Philly was disgusting and tasteless. The garlic ranch that was dusted over the fries after I had taken them back because they didn’t make them correctly was terrible. I mean it didn’t add any type of flavor to the fries. The cheesesteak fries 3/5 the fries had no type of seasoning the meat barely seasoned and over cooked. Plus I got drinks but guess what no ice!!!!Parking: You probably can get better food in the parking lot tbh
Why is it so hard to replace the current staff that's up front??? Very rude and unprofessional. Sad thing is they do not even care. They play loud vulgar music. As a result, orders get mixed up or numbers get called and no one can hear. They also use profanity when dealing with customers. There's consistently a waiting room full of customers waiting to order or waiting extra long times to get food. How can this establishment still be in business?? Management...DO YOU EVEN CARE????
I normally rate a restaurant based off the reviews but this time I didn’t. First, the young lady that took my order over the phone was very pleasant. We ordered around 11:30 pm and not to mention they are open until 2:30am! They make your order once you get there which is understandable. I didn’t wait over 20 minutes. Food was fresh and their wings and Philly was so good! I’m glad I gave them a chance because my family and I will definitely be back.

If you enjoy soggy wings this is your spot. This is not like your average wing spot. They have flour soggy wings. Please don’t expect a crispy wing. Or maybe I just don’t know how to order there. Maybe they have their on language.But if you order a ten piece with mild and lemon pepper…expect a sticky batter piece of chicken. I was hungry so I ate it. But I can honestly say I want return.
This restaurant is so ghetto! Especially after 1am, very nasty. They had two young women having a party literally outside the restaurant. The doors where open so it was constant cigarette and other smoke inhaled inside the restaurant. Poor customer service, bad attitudes, the girls was going in and out the restaurant without washing there hands. This was unacceptable. Very unacceptable!
I didn't rate the food only this stressful, horrible experience of coming here for food. It's like Lord of the flies. Children running the front and police asking for video footage. I'll never come here again..... unless I need to be tortured. Overall food was great but I think there needs to be a manager one dayFood: 5/5
Food tasted great had to wait a whole hour. I have been here before never took that long. They were changing the grease in the middle of the day and several of us waited an hour or more for our foodParking: Not a lot of parking. And on a busy corner.

This place is nasty. Can’t fry wings at all! Alfredo taste like water. Just can’t cook at all. I’ve tried to eat more than once with this place different things and they disappoint me every time. How do people eat here. It’s a NO for me?
Wings are ALWAYS DELICIOUS when i order, either honey garlic or garlic pepper. Wings are crunchy fries are on point.Food: 5/5
