I arrived at the restaurant at 10:30 AM, even though they open at 11 AM. I was the first customer and ordered 48 pieces of wings in four different flavors, totaling $56.14. I was informed it would take 15 minutes. After leaving, I returned to find my order was sitting on the counter, but I was told it wasn't mine. They had mistakenly given it to a DoorDash driver. Eventually, I discovered that those wings were indeed mine. By then, there were six other customers waiting, and I didn’t receive my order until noon. I requested either a refund or a discount, but the owner said it was the cashier's fault. Overall, the customer service was disappointing.
Horrible! I couldn?t even get it off the counter for I immediately asked for my money back! It?s nothing like the Americas Best on Blue Water in Odenton. This one on Hospital drive is trash!!!! The whiting was burnt in old grease ! And then the ?owner? , ?manager? whomever he was asked if I wanted it to be remade after I just asked to keep the fries as the cashier took my refund out the drawer. I asked was he complimentary giving my money back and he yelled ? why would I give
The 5-piece Boneless Chicken was well-seasoned, hot, and packaged properly with the correct amount of condiments I requested. The Philly Cheesesteak was decent, but every time I order one with extra cheese, they don't seem to add it. I also asked for mayo, but there was barely any. America's Best Wings needs to improve. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but I didn’t get exactly what I ordered.
The chicken is consistently excellent at both the Odenton and GB locations. However, my first experience with the mushrooms was disappointing. They were soggy, slimy, and had bits of raw flour still on them. Next time, I'll just stick with the chicken. On a positive note, they were quick to process my online order.

We ordered 20 wings, splitting them between Buffalo sauce and 24K Gold sauce, but we couldn't really taste a difference. We also got a slice of vanilla cake and a slice of cheesecake. Unfortunately, the vanilla cake seemed like it had been baked months ago. We're hesitant to try the cheesecake. Avoid the cake!
The wings have amazing flavors! I especially enjoy the Spicy Garlic ones, particularly with a sprinkle of powdered ranch on top. That said, the cooking can be inconsistent—sometimes the wings are cooked just right, but other times they come out overdone and dry.
At America's Best Wings, I always find the perfect wings—just the right size, neither too small nor too big, exactly how I like them. I usually go for the lemon pepper wings with the bone in. Their menu really offers something for every wing lover!
The Philly steak was incredibly tasty—definitely a 10 out of 10! I will absolutely order it again. The boneless wings were packed with flavor and larger than I anticipated. This restaurant is definitely going on my favorites list!

The wings were a bit dry this time. The mozzarella sticks did not come with marinara sauce. However, the sub was excellent!
