Americas Best Wings

Whenever we order Wings from this location they forget the celery. Celery is included with Wings anywhere you order...except here. They advertise that celery comes with any Wings order yet they ALWAYS forget to include it. We call, they apologize, we order again...no celery. Even when we place a note stating please do not forget the celery , they forget the celery! The level of incompetence that it takes to consistently forget to include basic celery with your Wings order is quite baffling. If you like celery and ranch with your Wings, don 't order Wings from this location. They will forget it....every time.

EDIT! I called to place an order for the meal they offered us due to our previous bad experience, but the lady on the phone struggled with English and didn't understand what I was saying. It was so frustrating that I decided not to order. We've visited this restaurant many times, and there's always been a mistake when we get our food home. This is the third time in a row! They just can't seem to get it right. All I wanted was extra honey mustard with my boneless wings and for them not to be super dry!

Waited 15 minutes for the worst chicken I ever had and I was the only customer in the Store. They did seem like they were training a few people but no one communicated anything ? I wouldn?t have mind waiting but to get burnt , tasteless chicken too was terrible.

Change my review from a one-star to a four-star the general manager reached out to me and sincerely apologize for the bad customer service one of his employees gave me, Thank you Karim and I will be a returning customer. You and your food is awesome Réservez une table maintenant

Very clean and sanitary,quick cook,and a very sweet young lady behind the counter. I Got a 10 piece thai chili and they were great. Fat wings sauce with a kick and ranch for 12 bucks. Thats a win for me. Even ate most before the picture. Nom nom

The wings are great taste ! The fries arnt the best,but its okay.. The conbocomes with a ranch, and the ranch was soo good. The place was clean, super nice staff ! I got a free drink with my order. Definitely will be back

The staff is always friendly and provides service with a smile. They're generous with extra dips for your chicken, and they take care of your order promptly. Overall, this is my favorite spot for wings, fish, and salads.

They serve the BEST wings I've ever tasted! With a variety of flavors and fantastic staff, my family and I order from them regularly. We've NEVER had a bad experience. Their food is ALWAYS spot-on and delicious! Réservez une table maintenant

Foods always good, prices are alright for what you get, sauces are good, and the owner is a great guy, definitely recommend for something fast and delicious in the cockeysville area.
