The wings were excellent, but I was quite disappointed with the onion rings I ordered. After sampling a few, I realized there was hardly any onion inside. I peeled back the breading on one and found the onion itself was barely there—just a thin layer. When I checked the others that I hadn’t eaten yet, I discovered they all contained only the outer onion skin. Instead of actual onion slices, it was just the very thin skin. They use so much breading that it gives the impression of a hearty onion ring, but in reality, you’re just getting the discarded parts of the onion.
First of all, Jenny is truly exceptional. Her customer service is outstanding—she is incredibly accommodating and an absolute pleasure to interact with. Secondly, the food is fantastic, and the restaurant itself is impeccably clean. Everything is spot on, and you won't be disappointed. I’m definitely a customer for life!
This is genuinely the best America's Best around! Although we live closer to Security Mall, we don’t mind the drive to Milford for the tastiest food. We've tried all the America's Best locations near us, and this one is by far the winner. The new owner is fantastic! Thank you for the excellent service.
