As a food critic, I have had the pleasure of dining at some of the most prestigious restaurants in the world. However, I recently stumbled upon a hidden gem that has left me speechless. Amici, a food truck that operates in the heart of downtown historic Buda, may seem like your average street food vendor, but don't let that fool you. The prices for this low quality food are atrocious. The entrees were undecorated, plain noodles with 4 shrimp thrown on top. They ran out of protein for the second entree. The salads were just a bit of tossed spring mix with 3 cherub tomatoes. Total cost was $103! Do not waste your time here go to Ilario’s instead!! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Pretty expensive for food truck noodles, but everything I've tried here is the best version of that thing I've tried anywhere between Austin and San Antonio. They catered our wedding and by far were the easiest and best vendor I worked with. I had a few people with serious dietary restrictions and they absolutely loved the meal. Service was great and there was excellent communication throughout the whole process. I literally cannot recommend them enough!
