I have now tried Amici's twice, and so this will be reflecting both times I have ordered. Atmosphere/Staff I ordered delivery when my car was broke down (which happens a lot, ugh) in Southfield, Michigan. So I wasn't able to step foot inside but will be sure to update when I do. My first time, I called and spoke with a gentleman who was very friendly. Placed my order and hung up. Forgot I needed a menu (seeing as I told him to just get me something vegan and didn't care too much) so I called back and the girl seemed a bit rude. Several years ago my family and I dined at this establishment roughly monthly. That was until we dined in their outdoor area and I noticed a gigantic dead rat on the ground. It was near the wall (so was I) so no one else had seen it. It was clear staff had not cleaned the area prior to opening. I brought it to the attention of our server softly so that no other diners would be disturbed. However, my family unavoidably overheard. My mother in particular was disgusted and bothered. The server said she would get the manager. The manager arrived and promptly declared, That 's not our fault. We can 't control that. True, but you can control the cleanliness of your outdoor dining area. We were off...
I am thrilled to have this restaurant in my neighborhood! The drink selection is fantastic, the pizza is my go-to choice, and I suggest trying the Caesar Salad as well. The bartender, Adam, always provides top-notch customer service and delicious drinks. The waitstaff is friendly and fun even when they are busy. I especially enjoy sitting on the patio on a nice day, and the fact that it is within walking distance is a bonus. The drinks are also quite strong, which I appreciate. Overall, one of my favorite spots to visit!
This place is wonderful! Great food and even better drinks! The atmosphere is cool, especially if you choose to sit outside on the patio! A bit pricey but mostly because of the drinks (again, awesome drinks! . The pizza selection is crazy... in a good way! You can get the usuals, but you can also get some pretty amazing options that might not have been a thought at other restaurants (goat cheese, shrimp, etc. . Please do yourself a favor and try this wonderful little Berkley gem!

Amici's is tied for my happiest place. All of the staff treats you as family. Tim and Laura, who own the place, are extremely personable and amazing at running a restaurant! I'm a super picky eater, but I've never had something that wasn't a 10/10 there! If you are craving amazing food, great drinks, and even better people/environment, highly recommend! Can't go wrong here!
My husband and I often visit Amici's and have been regulars for a long time. The food is always delicious, with tasty drinks and appetizers, salads, and pizzas. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great, making it our favorite spot to eat all year round, especially in the spring and summer when we can enjoy the lovely patio. Keep up the good work, Amici's!
This restaurant in Berkley is definitely the best pizza and food spot in town. It's always our first choice. We've never been let down by the food or drinks here. The pizzas are absolutely delicious! The customer service is fantastic and the staff is amazing. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this place. Love it!
Amici's has the coziest back patio facing the parking lot and they've done such a nice job blocking away the concrete to create a green space. Their pizza and salads are really good. The salads are quite large and served in bowls, big enough for 2-4 people to share depending on how hungry everyone is. Good cocktails. Highly recommend.

The vibes here are everything! The bartenders were incredible and the food was outstanding. Gluten free pizza lovers, rejoice! We?ve been GF for a few years and it?s so hard to find good substitutes. They make their *dough* (yes, real dough, not a disk) in house. We will definitely be back for more. Thank you!!
