I am not a big Italian fan, but my friends like the cuisine, so I went here. The food is not to my liking, but that's because I am not a fan of this cuisine. However, I can tell that I ate Italian food at my friends place that cooks good Italian food and that tasted much better than this place, so, I am only giving this place a 3 star. I am guessing that this is more like Americanized Italian, where all the tastes are dulled down. I like food that challenges my taste buds. The staff was friendly, but note that the ambiance is kind of dark themed with low lighting. The soup was excellent and I would strongly recommend it. Excellent! kudos to the chef and staff and from the front door to desser Moscato wine to start Entree: 'Pollo Parmigiano ' Pan-Fried Chicken, Amico Nave Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Garlic Spinach (Substituted Eggplant and asparagus) Substitute Eggplant $14 Substitute Veal $19 Dessert: Yummy cheese cake The atmosphere is warm, subtle and yet alluring with the flickering of ambient lighting. Open bar, date night, dinner--you decide. Ya might not want to wear just a plain t-shirt. And yet, you can be nicely comfortable or dress. The service is delightful. Upscale. I left with a smile on my face, knowing that I will return. I recommend this restaurant.
My dish tasted really good but there were entirely to much calamari in it. I server started out with a bang but as time went on she was less and less attentive. Now I don’t need a server that checks on me a-lot but she would come by and see we needed water and then come back by and say oops I forgot your water or do the same when I ask for a lemon with my water. She just kept forgetting everything. Oh well maybe she had a bad day. Food: 4
The food was incredible! Healthy options and some indulgence offerings too! Don't say no to the garlic knot bread... carb it up! The noise level was high which isn't great for a romantic night but we were there for a work dinner amidst the graduation hustle and bustle so it was fun and exciting to see all these graduates embarking on their new chapter and celebrating with food! My wife and I “discovered “ this restaurant since we moved to Bryan in 2020. It has always been great food and service. The owner always comes and ask about the food and service. However, it is time to change the menu a little bit (still good). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
