I have gotten take-out from this restaurant a few times recently and decided to dine in this time. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is nice. They are very accommodating to dietary restrictions, which made it easy to plan a big family gathering there - they offer options for gluten-free, cheese-free, and vegetarian dishes. The restaurant has a spacious dining area and even a kids' room, with high chairs available. We celebrated a birthday there, and they even added candles to the cake for us. It was a lovely gesture. Everyone loved their food and received exactly what they ordered. We are already planning on coming back soon.
The staff at this restaurant are friendly. After reading some previous reviews about the time it takes to pay, we asked if they could take our names and add our food and drinks to one receipt. This made the process much quicker at the end, especially with our large group of 20. Everyone enjoyed their meals, though it was not the best Mexican food we've ever had. The rice was a bit bland. The drinks were good, and the atmosphere was pleasant.
We were surprised by our bill tonight when we realized on our way out that there was a small sign stating that half-priced margaritas are no longer available (the waitresses also did not mention this). It's a shame because we have been coming here on Friday nights at least once a month for a while now just for the margaritas. The new owner has taken away this great promotion and until (if) it returns, we won't be coming back.
