The staff was very friendly and helpful, but that didn't feel like a 4-star hotel. The room was dated and not in good repair. The ceiling had water damage or similar, and the table had a kind of discoloration. The experience was not bad, but it was more of a budget hotel, and I felt misleading based on star rating, hotel photos and other reviews. Breakfast was okay, but not great. The location is very central and walkable, but basically all hotels in downtown are similar in this respect.

Nice stay in Room suite 510 which offers a nice view and perfect for a family with 2 kids. Very functional, including a kitchenet and fridge. Not sure about 4 stars rating although probably not running with all staff ... But in such a pandemic time we were well served. Thank you to the hotel team for continuing to serve clients with a nice smile. We hope to see you in the future running normally to enjoy the full service of a 4 stars hotel.

Super friendly staff helps for the more dated (but very spacious) rooms. “Partial” Seeblick is optimistic if not something misleading, description. rich and average breakfast buffet. Everything in a good central location. Total idea for one night or two

Beautiful modern and large rooms. Fantastic location. Parking is strange, but luckily no damage! Restaurant has really slow service and seems to be understaffed, also has to be with the mass of birds that are puffed during eating!

Beautiful and expensive hotel near the lake. The staff is gentle, but the rooms are not well furnished, no clothes hangers, no fridge, balcony because of AC exterior. Generally building ok, but not well organized.
