Thé location is filthy place is completely empty no customers yet garbage all over the floors I’ve had many terrible experiences here in the past but this time has been the worst especially after I was trying to give them a chance I ordered a chicken pita and it’s the first time they do not ask me what I want inside the sandwich and just made it to their liking when I mentioned that I do not eat my sandwich all dressed the older bigger employee started giving me attitude and getting mad and told me there’s nothing he can do about it so I left with a 15$ trio that went straight into the garbage
I wanted to try three of the salads and said I'd be happy to pay extra for them and the guy was mad at me that I wasn't getting the salads that came with it and l. I repeated many times that I was happy to pay for it and that I wanted to try three of the salads but he just wouldn't let me have them.... He was very rude and annoyed with me even though I was happy to pay whatever extra they needed I just wanted to try what they made... Left feeling very uncomfortable and won't be going back
My last time getting food there is today. Third time in a row that the chicken is undercooked...this time it was COMPLETELY RAW, both shistaook titans were inedible and filled with uncooked chicken-skin, and the potatoes were very cold. Even though I was pumped to have an Amir close to home, I must say farewell because my garbage can is full of unfinished food.
I had no powder last night and I called two other restaurants to order pizza and no answer. Pizza Des Sources was the only one who answered and the only one preparing food for individuals with no power in my area. Thank you for being open.

This was my first order from this restaurant, and I had a great experience with their customer service. However, there was a mix-up with my order; instead of pepperoni, I received cheese, and I got thin crust instead of regular crust.
Amir Des Sources is one of the best restaurants for family dinner in Pointe-Claire. Last night we went there with my family. They deliver tasty and delicious food at an affordable price.
Amir Des Sources serves the best chicken skewers in Pointe-Claire at a great price. This Lebanese restaurant comes highly recommended. The staff are all very professional and attentive.
I suggest visiting a different Amir or Basha restaurant where customer service is more valued. I will never return to this location and regret supporting them during the pandemic.
