Amis St. Barth - Réservation de table

A Miss! This was our 31st trip to St Barths and we were at this location when the restaurant was called Le Rivage. We tried it after it re opened as Amis about 3 4 years ago. It was not very good overall then. After hearing of the new Chefs we decided to try it again and we’re very excited. This was not worth it. Ordered a smoked bourbon drink that sounded really good. 1 hour later after appetizers were almost finished they asked if we wanted wine. We reminded them of the cocktail we never received. They quickly brought them out in a very unusual glass that you pretty much have to use a straw. We could tell the drink had no smokiness and it was super strong. I do drink old fashioned regularl...

Their menu needs more descriptive text. We had the cauliflower starter which was very good, and surprisingly brushed with turmeric before roasting. Delicious. But the my companion ordered the mahi mahi burger. There was nothing on the menu to indicate that, unlike almost every other mahi mahi burger in St. Barth, this one was a fried patty with chopped up fish and veg and a healthy dose of turmeric. Served with a side of turmeric mayo to go with her fries. Other diners were also heard to be expressing their dismay that the burger was not just grilled fish as it tends to be, but if this many items are going to show up with the dominant flavor being turmeric, it might be nice to know that ahea...

We celebrated my partner’s 50th birthday at Amis last night here on St. Barths. We knew it was going to be special but it went beyond our expectations! From the moment we were greeted by Kevin, it was 2 1/2 hours of the best service, the most delicious food the best view over the pristine beach of Cul de Sac. The restaurant is absolutely stunning and lit in a way that makes everything feel relaxed yet romantic. The staff their service was 3 michelin star worthy, from beginning to end. The celebratory complimentary champagne to close out our amazing night was perfect

Such a fantastic restaurant, the menu is just outstanding. There is definitely something for everyone and our entire party just loved all of their meals. An incredible chef and extremely attentive weight staff. Everyone is so friendly it feels like home! Réservez une table maintenant

LA LOCALISATION EST FERMÉE !!!! Nous sommes arrivés au complexe et il n'y avait qu'une porte ouverte avec tout.
