Our party of four came in for a meal in the afternoon during the art fair. Only a few tables were seated, so it wasn't rocket science to prepare our food. We ordered three salads and a gnocchi dish. And then we waited... And waited. It took forever after the appetizer for our food to arrive. Grilled chicken medallions can be prepared in 15 minutes. Gnocchi takes just 6 minutes. The assembly should have started before the appetizer was served. Salads should have been prepared in parallel with the chicken. And guess what, no anchovies. I and my wife were in Amis Trattoria in Westport on Saturday 15 October at 2:00. Only a few people were empty and almost all tables were free. We asked the manager for the table in a shadow (sunny day); Table was for 4 persons under all other free tables. The manager told us that despite empty restaurant, we should only use two tables. We realized that it was not worth, with unfriendly and unprofessional managers and just left. No longer come back with our friends or family. This is very sad that such an unqualified person who is at the position of the manager who distracts people from the use of this company. Better to have some profit than nothing.
I recently spent a girls night out at amis and everything was perfect! We were able to take advantage of some of the happy hour specials and sipped on refreshing aperol spritzes...just as great as the ones I've had in Italy. We also had the Wednesday night pasta special and the rigatoni bolognese was hearty and fresh! The staff was super friendly and helpful...I can't wait to return.
Amis is the jewel of downtown Westport. The cocktail list is exquisite and mentally curated. They offer interior and exterior seats with an industrial chic vibe. The tomatoes Arancini, Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe Old School meatballs were 10/10. It is a great place for lunch with friends or a date night. It is definitely worth checking Amis!

Here stopped for drinks and desserts and everything was amazing. Espresso martini was fresh and balanced. Lemon Blueberry tiramisu was creamy and lemony and the blueberry was just perfect. Can't wait until dinner or apps back.
Charming dinning experience. Dishes are delicious and possess a delightful twist on the ordinary recipe. Example was the swordfish balls over polenta, innovative and scrumptious, as is the grilled octipus and rice pudding.
I was quite dissatisfied with the food and it was not very good, definitely things you could easily make at home for like $5. Would not recommend going there to eat maybe just drink at the bar.
Best meatballs i?ve ever had !!! Sauce was delicious! Best warm bread? Definitely recommend! Super nice staff ? Will be returning when i?m in Connecticut!

One of the most beautiful outdoor restaurants in Westport, hands down. Inventive cocktails are still poured at the bar, and the food is always delicious.
