We decided to try Amrutha after seeing the high ratings online, as it seemed like one of the best vegetarian options in the area. We live in Welling, and since my girlfriend is vegetarian and I’m not, it’s always been difficult to find a place that works well for both of us. Usually, I have plenty of options which can eat meat and she doesn’t, so this time I wanted to make the effort and go somewhere focused on vegetarian food. Very over priced for what it is . The curries are nice ish , but nothing special , like ‘friend who cooks ok curries’ level . Nothing feels finessed ,and definitely nothing is like “wow delicious!” . (Which i would say you do get at chaska maska down the road and much better value too… Nothing being crazy delicious would be fine for a medium level restaurant , but 33£ 37£ a head all u can eat or not , is just too much money for what it is . We went here tonight for a friends birthday. I have so many allergies and the staff couldn't have been more thoughtful or attentive with my options! The food was gorgeous, I particularly enjoyed the pakora (without the peanut sauce) and the fritters that I think were Courgette. We were all so full, and had food to take home! Tom and Ruby looked after us really well, and we had such a lovely time. Would recommend.
I have to admit I was not excited about visiting a restaurant that only serves vegan food as I generally eat meat or fish, but I was so impressed by my visit! The vibe was lovely, I felt very welcome and it was extremely clean. The staff were really friendly and efficient (despite every table being full) and the food was excellent. They had loads of gluten-free options for my friend. I am converted!

I have been to several Vegan restaurants, and I could say that Amrutha has the best food. They dishes have its own distinct delightful flavour. You would definitely ask for more. And it was coupled with warm and friendly service. We have been taking friends over to try Amrutha's excellent food. We would definitely recommend it to everybody, and would absolutely keep coming back.
Recently visited for a friend's birthday dinner. Tom and Ruby were our hosts they made us feel so welcome from beginning to end. We had unlimited refills on the auditions and were even given some curries to take home. The food was filling, yummy and healthy. I particularly like how the restaurant operates from an ethical standpoint. Reducing waste and feeding the community.
We had the best birthday celebration here. The staff were incredible and accommodating to all our dietary requirements. We all got extra food to take home. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks you to Tom and Rosie who looked after us. No notes.
This one took us by surprise to be honest, as a non-vegan it took me by surprise how amazing the food was. 100% recommended
