in restaurant "on the 12 ears" there are good German kitchen with seasonal specialties and action weeks. we had a chicken soup as an appetizer, red cabbage with wild as well as sülze as a main dish and imperial as a dessert. all the dishes were really very good. the more impressive was how quickly the dishes come from the kitchen, although there is only one person cooking, namely the chef himself. Nevertheless, all dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients on order - frozen goods or pre-processed food are not found here. that there is really no longer too often to find, but the difference you taste. also the service was extremely attentive and friendly. really impressive and therefore we wi...
