Northshore Brasserie

It's been since before covid outbreak that I've dined there. It's been a long time coming.i will say I've had experiences walking into a joint only to get attitude from staff. I kid you not, one place the server actually stated, what do you want to order? I'd like to keep the place clean. We are about to close. Has this happened to you? It's shocking customer service. Well, due to work, I walked in here about 39min prior to closing and i half expected to be shot down in some fashion. I was not disappointed when my party was welcomed and ssated and served. I have been to this restaurant numerous times in the past. Since COVID, the quality has gone downhill, and the prices have gone up. On this last visit, my wife ordered the special pork chop, which was so overcooked it was chewy. The muscles used to be amazing; this time, the portion was much smaller, and the quality was mediocre. I am sad to say that Northshore Brasserie is no longer worth visiting.

I am sorry I didn't get our servers name but she was off the charts great. She was kind, patient, helpful, and cared about serving us. She made our experience great, along with great drinks, delicious food, and the location. Our meal could not have been any better. My wife and I will return.

We have been going to the Brasserie since it opened. It is our absolute favorite place to eat in Knoxville for many reasons. So many great memories there, the food is wonderful and they have the best wine list

Very nice. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine, grilled calamari, and two salads.
