Die haben alles falsch gebracht was wir bestellt haben.Obwohl wir trotzdem nicht beschwert haben die haben nicht mal entschuldigt. Kann man mit Karte nicht bezahlen. Die haben uns beschuldigt warum wir davor nicht gefragt haben. Das Essen hat scheußlich geschmeckt war sehr sehr salzig. Dessert hat uns alle voll Sodbrennen gemacht. Wir waren zu viert. alle Mitarbeiter waren unhygienisch . Die packen Essen und dabei fassen die auch das Geld ekelhaft.
I don't understand the negative cripples! we have been here for the last two years more frequently and were very happy again. the dishes are fresh and delicious. the grill dishes are authentic and taste like in the turquoise. the selection of fresh pastries is also convincing and we always like to come back. the dining area could be cleaner, otherwise there was nothing to complain.
I had ordered a spit from the grill. the food looked great only unfortunately the meat in the middle was still raw. so I could not eat 50% of the food. I made the waiter aware that the meat is not through. it came from the waiter neither an apology nor the suggestion of eating nor placing on the grill. at the end the full price was taken off. we eat here very regularly. it is the best place for Turkish dishes in new. You can see that on the many turks you see here every day. the change is good. eating is fresh. the offer goes far beyond döner. strong recommendation.
Döner was ok, but with 3.8€ a little more expensive than in the city center of Neuss. Tzatziki could be more tasty. Meat was however very tasty also very nice operation and it was clean.
we eat here every week - everything always fresh and appetizing. the service is attentive and fast. try the lamb chops or lamb spiess from the charcoal grill. the hammer for the price!
I don't know how to use the Turkish kitchen. I have eaten tavuk sis, wonderful! salat also very delicious. I can only recommend!
