One of the finest and most authentic Chinese restaurants in the Bay Area. They offer a wide variety of high-quality dishes, including unique options like Blueberry Yam and Pork Shoulders that are hard to find elsewhere. The service is excellent, and parking is convenient. Just a heads-up, some dishes can be quite spicy, true to the restaurant’s name.
My mother hails from Szechuan, and when she claims that this is among the best cuisine in the area, I know it's a must-visit for spice enthusiasts. The portion sizes are generous. Although I can't handle hot or spicy dishes, they kindly customized a couple of meals for me!
Great flavors and a good value overall. The taste is very authentic, and I got a recommendation from a friend I’ve only spoken to in Mandarin. Just a heads up, even the bathrooms maintain that authentic vibe (which means they could use some cleaning).
The lunch specials are excellent, offering truly authentic Szechuan flavors. On the downside, it's strange that all the staff go on their lunch break at 2:30 PM! Réservez une table maintenant
