We unfortunately did not have a full experience. After first receiving a very friendly welcome, we were escorted to our table. Some snacks and our aperitif soon followed. We chose menu extreme and the surprise could begin. We were served the dishes at a rapid pace, in my opinion actually far too rapid a pace. It all tasted very good except for the croissant with pork fat. This one was really too big and not our favorite. There was not a single failure in the entire experience with Andreu Genestra's team. The kitchen, real machines. Watching them work was like watching a conductor coordinating an orchestra (in this case, an excellent conductor! .
