Walked the Stour Valley trail and called for lunch at the Angel Inn, more by luck than anything else. It was, our lucky day! Two of us had drinks, chips, chicken wings and salt and chilli squid for £20. However, I must say that my general perception is that you get what you pay for so expectations weren't too high. I couldn't have been more wrong. The food was absolutely first class. Plenty of it and so very tasty. I would recommend this establishment to everyone. Great food, value for money and great friendly hosts. Top rate pub

Great pub with a traditional style. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The best part is that they are dog-friendly.
