Angelina Paris - Réservation de table

Nous n'avons dû attendre que 10 minutes pour être assis dans le restaurant. Cependant, lorsque nous sommes entrés dans la salle du restaurant, qui était d'ailleurs vraiment moche, nous nous attendions à un superbe décor, à la hauteur de ce que Versailles représente, mais la salle était principalement vide. Pourquoi faire attendre les gens quand il y a encore tant de places disponibles ? Nous avons commandé un Club Sandwich en plat principal et avons été très déçus. Au prix de 23,50 euros, le sandwich le plus cher que nous ayons jamais mangé, nous nous attendions à une version gourmet. Il n'était même pas moyen. Taille réduite, pas de frites avec, à peine quelques morceaux de pommes de terre...

Went for Angelina (the restaurant, not the bar after touring the Grands Appartements in Versailles. The short version is: even though it 's expensive we had a good time. Here 's the long version... We didn 't have high expectations, knowing Angelina is famous for desserts, but we were pleasantly surprised in the end. We had Supreme de Volaille (chicken , the Piece de Boeuf (Angus Beef , and the Ravioli aux Champignons a la truffe d 'ete (Ravioli with mushrooms and summer truffle . Everything was delicious: filing but not too heavy, and we could taste all ingredients. The hot chocolate and mont blanc were just average. The service was exceptionally executed by the Asian staff who was very pleasant and kind. But the lady on the cashier (next to the asian staff managing the order) was kind of unpleasant. I just didn’t like how she cut me off when I was just asking about the best seller of Angelina stating that someone came ahead of me so I had to wait or something when in fact, the couple in front of me was still checking which to order. So initial impression was already off. I mean not even a smile or saying it in a nice way would actually made a difference. Nous avons décidé de nous arrêter ici pour manger rapidement en visitant Versailles. Nous avions tellement entendu parler du chocolat chaud d'Angelina et nous voulions le goûter. Nous avons été déçus par le célèbre chocolat chaud qui était étonnamment acide au lieu du goût amer que l'on attend du chocolat noir et extrêmement sucré. La crème fouettée était bonne mais elle ne pouvait vraiment pas équilibrer la douceur. Honnêtement, cela ne se comparait pas aux chocolats chauds épais d'autres endroits bien moins chers. Nous avons également commandé des cafés glacés qui étaient agréables et rafraîchissants. Je pense que les pâtisseries et boissons sont meilleures chez LADURÉE ou Á la Mère de Fam... Had quite a lovely lunch at Angelina after our tour of the Versailles palace! I got a salmon broccoli quiche, friends got the club sandwich, and we also got a vegan caramel dessert and the lemon dessert. Also can’t forget the iconic hot chocolate! Rich and decadent but perfect portion sizes. A little on the pricey side but really makes you feel fancy! Definitely a go to if you’re hungry and want to treat yourself. Don’t forget to order dessert!!!

Founded in 1903. Would be pretty cool if French Royalty founded this themselves. I’m kidding. Just wanted to try some traditional French desserts here. Mixed bag of macaroons and a dessert I couldn’t even pronounce yet alone write here. Wish we could have tried the sit down but it was unavailable at the time.

Good food! The lady serving us was extremely kind and patient while we practiced our French. For €17 the Croque Monseuir could have been a lot larger. It took approximately 35 minutes to receive our food from ordering, understandable due to how busy the restaurant was.

Been wanting to visit Angelina and had a chance to have a quick bite in Versailles. Was seated right away before it got crowded. Ordered salad and quiche and of course, our favorite Millefeuille, Rocher Praline and Mont-Blanc. Absolument délicieux! Réservez une table maintenant

As a family of four we enjoyed a lovely selection of desserts, hot and cold drinks. Servers were very efficient and polite. Very quick service. It was a great resting area after going through so many rooms and walking two floors of the palace.
