I was going to the Dalton location for a VERY long time, but have now chosen to find a new sandwich shop. Every other employee I have ever encountered has been excellent and friendly, but there are 2 older women working here that I encountered only every once in a while, that are just plain rude and have finally driven my business away. If you do go and see a short old white haired woman and/or a beast of a 'woman ' with dark hair and prison looking tattoos, just turn back around and find something else to eat. Haven’t had great experiences at this location (Dalton) over the past year or so but figured I’d try again. Won’t make that mistake again! Called to place an order. Was put on hold for over 5 minutes. Called back after a while and placed an order. I listed out the ingredients wanted and was assured the only those ingredients would be used. Once I got home I discovered once again this location is employed by rude individuals that can’t follow simple directions. I ordered the turkey wrap which was priced at $5.50 on the menu board. I also got a can of Coke that was $1.65. My total was $11.40! I asked the lady how that could be when the wrap was $5.50, and she replied oh no, wraps are $9 something (her words). That 's very deceptive pricing! When i got to the car i mentioned to my friend how they outrageously overcharged me and she said she had ordered the $6.50 special and a can of soda and her total was almost $10. Called in for a hot roast beef grinder with grilled pepper onions. The lady that took the order was rude when I asked if the steak cheese was the processed shaved beef or steak. She said she didn't know had too many customers she was busy. Then insisted there would be an extra $2.50 charge for the peppers onions. The roast beef tasted more like chipped beef because it was so salty. It looked short when I arrived so I measured with a ruler. Got 10 instead of 12 that I ordered paid for! Honestly I won't give them my business any longer. The whole experience left a bitter taste in my mouth.

We ordered 3 subs and fries. The steak bomb, steak cheese with peppers and onions, and the tuna were all excellent. Cheese melted properly, good portions, soft bread and overall good taste. I would say the fries were just OK but to be honest we were doing takeout and the 5 minutes or so getting them home can lose crispness. Service was good — young kid at the counter got everything right (e.g. no mushrooms on the bomb, no hot peppers on the tuna) and the guy on the grill was hustling. Despite a steady stream of customers we were in, ordered, and out pretty quickly.
Every time I get the chance to go back and visit my home town I always hit this place up for a 12 original. Best grinders hands down. I could eat them 24/7/365 if my wife let me. I hope this place stays open forever.
I ordered the 8” meatball and it was 4 meatballs. Literally inches of bread on each end. Pretty disappointed. The Angelinas in Adams fills it so much you can barely close the sub! Not worth the money in Dalton.
Love the sandwiches here. I'd rather go to any Angelina's location than some big chain sub shop. Always patient friendly staff, food is fresh and the owner is a great guy.

I went here with my mom to get a sub. It wasn't good, it honestly tasted like school lunch. I would never recommend this place.
Angelina's has always been the best sub shop in Pittsfield in my opinion!
