It's my favorite grocery store of all time. The selection of fresh produce is unparalleled. You can order a drink or wine and shop. Fresh food throughout. Bakery, seafood, meat, pasta, cheese ,and dairy. They also have a wide selection of ethnic foods, from Africa, South America, Mexico, Europe, China, Japan, and Asia. I could spend hours there, and with a bar, coffee, freshly made food in a hot bar, you could stay all day. I now live in Wisconsin, where high-priced produce and limited choices are the norm. I miss having a choice without driving 40 miles
I have a great fondness for Caputos, but the flagship location my family visited while our usual one is under construction was a disappointing experience. The layout of this store is quite poor, making it difficult to find items as they are scattered throughout. Additionally, the staff seems overwhelmed and unable to assist, likely due to frequent inquiries from frustrated customers. This experience was noticeably different from other Caputos locations, and it left a lot to be desired.
This place has everything you could want. It reminds me of my childhood in Melrose when I'd visit my local store. It's spacious and offers a wide variety of items.
The restaurant's layout is a bit confusing, and the signage could be improved to help customers find what they're looking for more easily.

Fresh produce but rotten attitude by costumer service . Most of the cashiers and supervisors are completely rude. Where is the service?
