They even serve breakfast frittatas that are equally impressive. I don’t usually get too excited about salads, but I have to say, Angelo's Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad is the best I've ever had. Can't believe I've worked in E Hanover for 5+ years and missed this spot. The chicken pastina soup was nothing to rave about, bland and fairly tasteless. The grilled chicken sandwich was over the top and more than made up for the soup. The chicken was thinly sliced and very tender, grilled or fried are offered-I chose grilled. It was tender and delicious, grilled to perfection The fresh mozzarella is not to be missed and the bread was outstanding, chewy and crusty. I loved my sandwich and will be back for more.
Where do I even begin!? I am so happy I have found this deli. Being Italian myself it is always hard to find a good -authentic- Italian deli but look no further cause Angelos is it!! We had started coming here for lunch at work and that's really when I started to fall in love with this place! Form the handmade mozz, to the deli meats, and salads you can't go wrong ordering anything from here. And don't forget the breadcrumbs!! They're homemade and I can barley keep them in my home!! Come to Angelos!!
This is a staple of East Hanover. Different fresh specials everyday, literally something different everyday. The best rice balls are the best I've ever had. The Chicken cutlet/eggplant sandwiches are legendary and can be made a zillion different ways. Fits perfectly into East Hanover's Italian American heritage. I think of it as eating my moms food and that's saying a lot.

I am really appreciative of this local gem. It's a wonderful family-run establishment that truly dedicates itself to preparing homemade meals from scratch, never cutting corners! Although it can get crowded, the quality of the food makes any wait worthwhile. I've enjoyed their dishes at least a hundred times, and I've never had a single bad experience.
Horrible sub place... will never return. Overpriced and just BAD!!!!!!! I'm from NY so I have high expectations to start however this was just mind blowing. Seriously dirty in there please clean and get rid of flies.
My favorite spot for lunch! I've often found the lunch specials so appealing that I grab some extra to take home for my wife and me for dinner. The staff is wonderful, and the food quality is excellent!
The manager is incredibly rude. Delivery drivers take about an hour to arrive, even though we live nearby. The food is consistently cold and lacks flavor. On the plus side, the prices are quite low.

Good food but they allow customers to not wear masks inside regardless of mask requirement sign on the door. I will not be back for safety reasons.
Mac cheese balls and rice balls are awesome. Chicken cutlet sandwiches are even better.
