Angelo's Soul Food Joint

I was recommended to go to this restaurant as the food is good. The food is alright a bit too much vinegar in the greens but mashed potatoes are good. The chicken was hard because it is deep fried vs pan fried but the tea is good. My biggest problems with this place are that a I was the only person with an order placed at the time and it took forever 20 minutes to get and b the waitress kept wiping her nose every time I saw her but never washed her hands. In the end, it took a lot of self convincing to even try the food as my mom doesn't even do that at home. :

I would love to write a better review, but unfortunately I can’t, as I was never able to eat there. I have called several times, but no number I can find online is working and every time I went in person, they were closed even it was supposed to be opening hours . I would really love to try it and would love to give a better review then, but please tell me, when is it open and how do I reach someone?!

eating was good and is nice if you're not in a hurry to come somewhere. seriously if they have a place that is important to go to mcdonalds for fast eating. the place is run by a retired service member. so English language is not a problem.

I recently met a sgt in vilseck who suggested to me and my friends try his onkel soul food restaurant. I was a type from the south (atlanta, ga,) I was all.

the food was good. we had the catfish, the pigeon and the chicken plate all tasted amazing. for a southern family it was like a small piece to house.
