Angel's Bar - Réserver une table

If you want to find a simpler and more affordable option to most of the more upscale restaurants in Montreux I can definitely recommend Angels Bar. This is a non-distinct simple little café across the street from the train station that serves delicious Italian meals...with reasonable pricing and friendly service. We were lucky enough to visit on a day when they offered their version of home-made lasagna as a daily special and it was great – my guess is to always opt for their special of the day. Their pizza was also very good. Five stars for excellent food at a value that beats any restaurants in the area.

We came upon Angels Bar and were attracted to it for the convenience of a later afternoon walk up. We had missed lunch and it was getting close to dinner so we needed something to tide us over . It was somewhat unique since they offered...crepes, sweet and savory. I had Fromage and my husband had Nutella. Both met with approval, and of course we sampled each other 's. We were able to sit outside and got great service form a very personable waitress. The inside is very nicely appointed. Had we been staying in Montreux, we would have come back again.

I wish to erase my last week's visit to the worst place in Montreaux to have lunch. Mind well if you are Asian or Engliah spraking you feel less invited here. Please have tons of patience if you still wanna try it. Will never recommend...it to my friends.

We came across this restaurant on the way to the old town. They offer 3 cheap lunches with main, salad and coffee included in the price. Nice staff, delicious food and tables inside or outside. Lives and popular with locals.

Friendly staff. Freshly cooked meals especially pasta-based. Nothing from the ordinary but near the station with sufficient seats and from locals visited.
