We used to eat at Angels twice a week. The food is good, the portions are a good size but the customer service is very lacking.We waited 20 minutes in line on a Friday morning for their Breakfast special. The time was 10:40, the special ended at 11:00. They seated us at 11:00. We waited until 11:10 for the waitress to come over and take our order. This was 30 minutes from when we entered the restaurant until when our server took our order.We ordered the breakfast special which should have included coffee or tea. We were there in line at 10:40! When we asked for the bill we were overcharged for 2 coffees that should have been included in the special price. WE WERE THERE AT 10:40 waiting in li...
Typical diner food! Great specials for seniors...and you'll find plenty of them there. I ordered the penne...it was ok. The menu looked like it would serve great breakfasts! Probably a good place for breakfast or lunch..but for dinner it was just ok. Wait staff was pleasant and it is fun to look at the pictures on the walls.
The four of us had the breakfast special and all of us really enjoyed them. The special comes with three eggs chosen ce f meat, toast and home fries. The potatoes were light and had no salt. Perfect. Server was great but remember the special needs to be put into computer before 11 am.
