Anh's Kitchen has become a staple in my lunch time rotation. Today I got the Lemon Grass Pork Banh Mi and an order of Spring Rolls with the Peanut Sauce. The Spring rolls always come out super quick, and are always a refreshing way to start your meal. I personally am not the biggest fan of the peanut sauce but for this review used it for 1 of the 4 rolls. It has a good flavor and does compliment the Spring Roll well. Just not my go to. I usually use the Hoisin and Sriracha that is generously provided on each table. To me it is a much better flavor profile. Very good either way! I was truly impressed by the quality of the food at this restaurant. We began our meal with the bahn knot appetizer, which was outstanding—delicious small fried cups made from a sweet batter filled with meat, shrimp, and vegetables. For our main courses, we chose the lemongrass pork bahn mi and the ribeye bahn mi. While the portions weren't large, the flavors were absolutely fantastic. I will certainly be returning here in the future.
I ordered the Bun Bo Hue, and while it looked and tasted great, I was disappointed to find that it only came with half a beef ball and three pieces of beef brisket. At a price of $15.50, the portion size felt quite small and overpriced compared to other pho restaurants I've visited. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and would not choose to eat here again.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of food here. We had the track knot appetizer, what was amazing? small fried cups of a sweet dough, with meat, shrimp and vegetables. We also tried the lemongrasss pork mi and the Ribeye railway mi. They weren't big, but they were very good. Will stop here in the future.
I ordered two bowls of beef pho, but the broth was overly sweet, almost like they had replaced the salt with sugar. This really detracted from the rich flavor I usually enjoy in pho. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and attentive.
I just dined here with some friends and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, my picky kids enjoyed every bite, and the staff was extremely friendly. It’s a wonderful local spot to satisfy your appetite and support the community!
The food here is consistently excellent. I believe we've tried almost everything on the menu, and everything has been fantastic. The only downside is that they are closed on Saturdays.
