Food was good and plentiful. My issue with this restaurant was the quality (or lack thereof) of the wait staff. I don 't know if he had been up all night or what his problem was, but it seemed to require a great effort on his part to serve us. BTW, there were only two other tables occupied. Additionally, they were adding 3% to the bill if not paid in cash. Since the bill was less than $40, I paid in cash. It took the waiter 12 minutes to locate my $3 in change after asking if I wanted any money back (cheeky). Since he forgot to take the convenience charge off the bill, I forgot to leave my usual 20% tip. I won 't be back.
I have been misled by all of the rave reviews. This is one of the worst ramen I have ever eaten in my life. Service was abysmal. If they have checked on me, I would have told them that the pork belly was missing from my expensive $17 ramen. For $17 it portions should be larger or food should be tastier. It was not well seasoned. There was no flavor. There was no balance. It was really meh. RIP to my tastebuds. I ordered the chef special and I really wish I would have just starved tonight. Ambiance: children throwing tantrums and parents not parenting.
Pretty disappointed. Went for a late lunch not many people in the restaurant and the waitress, some time after seating, us had to be waved down to place our order. She stated she forgot about us. I've had better Ani Ramen at other locations but even those are meh to Ramen I've had elsewhere. It's a good spot for a quick bite and I appreciate the access to a Ramen spot where it might not be as easy to find otherwise.
The food was outstanding, but the service left a lot to be desired. The waitstaff didn't seem very friendly and appeared hesitant to engage with us, which made us feel somewhat overlooked. Additionally, I wasn't fond of the QR checkout system; it comes with a processing fee for some reason, and it feels like a rather impersonal way to settle the bill after a meal.

The food was great, but the service left much to be desired. I understand that it was an error to charge my friend's card for the entire bill, but it took an incredibly long time to resolve. As a result, my friend is now out $85 for the next few days. We had intended to order more items afterward, but that plan is obviously off the table now!
I come to this location at least once or twice a month holding large meetings with my team. We always get the same service Julia that provides us with the best service with a great sense of humor. Our order is always right and quick on the table!
Good ramen, would be back. We had the spicy miso ramen (good noodles, broth, toppings), chicken karaage (small but I liked the light, crispy crust), and donburi bowl (tasty).Clean, casual place.
The service could use improvement. We had to request a water refill, and after finishing our meal, we waited several minutes for our waiter before finally having to wave him down for the check.

Had the special Kimchi Tempura Shrimp Ramen, it was delicious!! Bao Buns are great!! Ani Ramen never disappoints!! Friendly staff! Always recommend for anyone who loves Ramen. :
Great ramen! Must try the wings before they sell out! Service is pretty good and the ambiance is hip and fun.
