For the price, you don't get nearly enough protein in your bowl. We ordered two bowls, and each had about two pieces of our respective proteins. The broth is not as rich as it used to be, and even though I got the spicy miso, there was barely any chili oil in it and it was definitely less flavorful than previous experiences. We were brought the wrong chicken order, which was no one's fault because it was impossible to hear each other over the insanely loud music. There's no atmosphere here that makes me want to sit down and eat a meal. Food is great. If you're dining in and it's not busy, service is very good. If it is at all busy, they cannot deal with it. Twice now I've ordered for both takeout and delivery and both times it's taken twice as long to receive food as promised. On my last order, food arrived more than and hour after expected and two hours after ordering. Restaurant will not answer the phone when it's busy so had to drive down to find out what was going on (food arrived while I was there). Manager was unconcerned about phone gojng unanswered, blamed foot dash (dasher said the restaurant ran out of broth and made him wait) and offered to retire the food but that it'd be a while (wouldn't rush it). This is my favorite ramen spot in New Jersey! The menu has a great selection and everything is delicious. The food is tasty and the atmosphere is cozy. They even have heated greenhouses, which is perfect for a date night in cold weather. The bao buns and chicken are a must-try. Personally, I love the spicy miso ramen, but the regular one is just as good. You can't go wrong with this place. The ambiance is top-notch and they have multiple locations for convenience. I highly recommend checking this place out when you're in the mood for ramen or a cozy dinner option.
I normally love the quality taste of Ani Ramen's food. Ordered delivery tonight and paid $66.39 for shoyu ramen, mazeman ramen, Japanese cucumbers, don chicken bowl. The portions were snack size and the prices exorbitant for what we got. The broth in the container was not even half filled. Stingy stingy portion size for the price. And the pork in the ramen was so dry and over cooked. I won't be ordering from here anytime soon until they improve this.

I’ve been going to Ani Ramen since they opened in Montclair. I’ve been a huge fan from the beginning. It’s ALWAYS a good experience! The food is unbelievable! When I saw they opened one in Cranford I was ecstatic! This place is in a great location and I love the atmosphere (very industrial). Service is always on point and the food is very consistent. Love it here!
Ordered fried tofu, edamame and vegan ramen. Fried tofu and edamame were awesome. The vegan ramen was a bit of a disappointment. It tasted exactly like costco noodles..the broth, tofu and the vegetables in the ramen were good though..
