Lovely food, awesome burgers; to die for. The majority of the bar staff are good and attentive, although some are a little more interested in staring in to space than actually serving you. Jamie is brilliant, always brings a smile and Rob is ready to serve you straight away when he is on the bar. Liam the Chef is fantastic at his job, fast service, well presented and tastes amazing. The only reason for a loss of a star is the atmosphere sometimes, it needs more families (maybe a bigger variety on food? They don't provide offers for pensioners or students but their portions are extraordinary for the modest price and the burgers are some of the best in Worcester.
My mother and I ended up at this restaurant in Worcester because we were both hungry. It was quite busy and we had to wait at the bar for our drinks. We were informed that there was a 20-30 minute wait for our food. Unfortunately, our burgers did not arrive at the same time and my mother's onion rings were missing, despite her asking for them again once her burger was served. Additionally, our fries quickly cooled off, which was disappointing.
the food was excellent, I had the vegan chicken waffel burger and my partner had the new england, both were delicious! the portions are enormously prepared! (we had to take a doggy bag home). the only improvements that could be made, separate waiting staff for the eating sections (we had to ask for the doggy bag 3 times because the bar staff were blackened) and seasoned on the table!
I was skeptical that all burgers could be made as Vegan, Veggie, or meaty, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Vegan Rueben I ordered was outstanding. It was difficult for me to decide, and I kept the bartender busy by constantly checking if items were really vegan. To my delight, most things were. This restaurant is great, even on a slow afternoon they truly excelled.

we almost forgot that we were in the lockdown with a few drinks in this excellent venue. the security personnel was as friendly as it should be, but more to get us a table in a busy time. Live music was an absolute blessing (Friday night) and the place started. Bar staff were very important, there was no waiting for drinks. great atmosphere and thanks to all
I'm not sure why this restaurant is rated poorly on TripAdvisor because the food is excellent. I haven't come across another burger joint with such a diverse menu. Both of our burgers were inventive and tasty. I couldn't find a single fault with anything.
Me and my partner visited on a Wednesday evening, both burgers tasted wonderful with huge portions. Also enjoyed our cocktails. Waiter extremely friendly and helpful. Will be back to try the extensive menu
Fab intimate gig venue. Currently watching and having a bop to the brillant local band Chevy Chase Stole My Wife. PS. Re other comments: Nothing wrong with the Wi-Fi connection!

very basic place, could do with making it more inviting. only the delray rockets. Too bad the owners ruined a good pub.
