Anson Street Cafe - Réservation de table

It is a restaurant with a higher end, but not at the point of smearing. It has an excellent service and the food and drinks came out quite quickly. So I had Beet Salat (5/5, must try), roasted green tomatoes (4/5, very good, but I had several times better in some other high-end places), and Filet Mignon (4/5, also very good, but I had better in other places). There is a commercial car park right next to it, but parking can still be difficult as in any part of downtown Charleston.

Was greeted immediately by friendly staff and seated at our reservation in the upstairs dining room. The whole place has a very unique look and atmosphere. The oysters were fresh and delicious. Dishes were prepared and seasoned perfectly, no complaints at all. The lobster tagliatelle is a must have. Finished off the night with simple, yet tasty almond basket and a cappuccino. The wait staff really pulled it all together to make us feel quite comfortable.

5 stars because everything we ate was so delicious, BURSTING with flavor. The beet salad was outstanding as was the salmon. My husband enjoyed the scallops. Our waitress was attentive. The place has wonderful ambiance, but it's extra special at Christmas!

In Charleston, this restaurant is a must. The beet salad was great as the Flounder and Apple Strudel. The She crab soup and Lobster Pasta were excellent. The ambience was wonderful and the service was attentive and well arranged. We were not rushed. Réservez une table maintenant

Food was delicious and Leah was an amazing server. Very kind, professional and friendly. We had the shrimp grits, roast oysters, grouper and the cheeseburger. I would never think to order the cheeseburger but boy was it delicious.

Fantastic food especially the fried green tomatos with pimento cheese. Service for the most part was really good, however our server had a few arrogant and unnecessary comments to us and another table near ours. Réservez une table maintenant

This is an excellent restaurant. It is beautiful, especially the second floor. There were four of us and all enjoyed their food. The flounder is truly excellent. The apple struesel is terrific.
