My family and I have been here since Pasta Blitz. The food is good if you can get your order right. The service is okay. The two younger guys who work the cash register are not respectful and act like everything you ask is such a big deal. It's very hard to hear when ordering the phone. You should have someone who answers the phone and takes orders in the back or a place quiet like an office. We had burned pizza, undercooked pizza, salads with hardly dressing or salad. There were times when they say 25mins it will be ready, and we will come there and it was not even started. The service is extremely lacking, and I think when they make adjustments with their employees and how they take orders, they can be back to the great pizza place they use.
I wanted to take two more steps! My wife is sick after eating Anthony's. Unfortunately, since the pandemic and inflation, the shares have become more and more complex and the quality has suffered. I got edible chicken in several orders and the portion size of good orders is significantly smaller. The meat content of some pasta dishes is not present. I stopped ordering from this facility and I'm discouraging my family. The owners should recognize that the reduction of shares and the permitted quality slip, cause long-term declines in otherwise loyal customers. I hope that the competition of the recently opened HomeSlyce Pizza in Clarksville will encourage the owners of Anthony's NY Pizza to offer high quality food again in good portions.
