Antica Osteria -pizzeria

we spent an evening in the antica osteria yesterday (05.09.2021). in principle it can be said that eating was really good. When the bill came, however, we stumbled over the calculation of the beer. we had consumed 8 large pils (0.5l) and 2 small pils (0.3l). 19 pils were billed at 2.80€ each.To our demand, as it is composed, we were told that a large pils, two small ones correspond. therefore costs a large pils 5,60€!!! 0.5l although you have actually paid for 0.6l (two small pils). we felt a bit ripped off, but in advance we had not informed about the price design in the restaurant. plus the actually two small pils could have been calculated only 18 bier. the service power could not be used here, insisting that 19 beers have been consumed, stabbed some of the cash system and let us stand with a rather stupid face.No word of apology, nothing! absolutely customer-unfriendly. It's a pity. we are sure that we could have solved this, but obviously there was no interest in satisfying the customer.

in advance: the restaurant is now called riva and has a new owner for a few weeks. the service is perfect and the owner creepy beautiful and courteous! we are and stay here regularly!
