Small cosy coffee shop with a great view of city hall. Interior is dimly lit giving it an intimate feel. Most seating is for 1 or 2, with a high table at the back for bigger parties. The menu is up on the blackboard and nowhere else. Ordering and paying is done up front at the register. The table service is reasonably quick, the staff efficient. The food is hit and miss. Their salads are decent except for the grilled chicken, which are dry and overly salty. Their empanadas are pretty good, the pastry crackly and hot, the accompanying sauce has a mild kick. The black bean soup wasn't much special, mostly just salty water plus beans. The best was probably the croissant, flaky and savory. Good...
