We were intrigued by the photos and description. This was some of the best Turkish food to be found outside of Istanbul. Borek and calamari appetizers were generous portions and prepared beautifully. Lamb shish was outstanding. Service was attentive and gracious, except at very end when we needed our check quickly. The live jazz was part of the attraction, and the music was lovely. The piano is at the front, with the bar between it and the dining area. Since we indicated our interest in the music, we were seated just beyond the bar. Not sure how well patrons farther back could her, but their conversations were not hindered. Decor feels like Istanbul in the 1920s. Highly recommended.
I had a wonderful time at Antique Garage in their Tribeca location recently. I visited on a Friday night and the atmosphere was perfect for a fun evening out. The food was tasty and affordable. Although the service was a bit slow initially in taking our orders, it was understandable as they seemed to be very busy and possibly short-staffed that night. It didn't really bother us as we had a great time overall!
They didn't have a jazz band at the night we came, although their site says there is one every night, and that was the reason we booked this place. Drinks and food are expensive and nothing to wow... something disappointed.
This restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The food is exceptional, the atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated, and the service is impeccable. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.

Decor is wonderful. The quality of food is bad compared to the price. Very overestimated. Very expensive for under-average food.
Food and ambiance was great...however we were a large group and the jazz band who were great may quiet conversation difficult.
What a fabulous place! Decor, food, service, all amazing! Loved the live jazz and wish we could have stayed longer.
