The Apart Hotel is nice, the only thing that really creeped me out about the place was the numerous mannequins dressed as different characters from theater plays strewn about the hotel's interior. The staff was very kind and welcoming and made for a pleasurable stay. There's a small bar on the ground level that is nice at night time, but is situated directly next to a smoky outdoor room so the constant wafting of smoky air filled our nostrils as we drank tasty German beer and sipped Ramazotti. The bartender was nice, but obviously busy with room orders. So if you want the typical American bar service where they are very attentive, you might be disappointed.
