A deception what they offer and what it really is. We went all-inclusive and we did not like anything, the breakfasts did not vary and a very small and super slow toaster. Lunches and dinners have little variety and no quality. The worst and least hygienic thing is that they put plastic glasses for the drink and on top of that they recycle them. That many glasses smelled bad because they were not dried and they were put wet one on top of the other. The waiters are super rude and rude, one told us that we drank a lot of Coca-Cola. They didn't even give you ice, you had to ask for it and they gave you one. Another scam is the beach bar that is part of the all-inclusive, you have to leave a euro deposit for the glass, which is made of plastic, and I asked for a soft drink and the glass tasted of alcohol. The snack is only fruit, some buns, bimbo bread and some sausage (york ham and cheese). The pool is small and there are never free sunbeds. The only good thing is the rooms are very new and comfortable. The cleaning staff are very attentive and friendly.
The rooms to go with the family are great, to make constructive criticism the restaurant is a bit far from the rooms and is not very varied and weak. The pool leaves much to be desired due to its cleaning (although they are every morning) you never drink the bottom and the water is always cloudy. The guy at the reception I don't remember his name, he was a charm, he recommended Las Dalia and we should go to Benirras better on a Monday and have dinner at the pizzeria. Molto carino e accogliente, ideale per chi non ha troppe pretese e desidera una vacanza tranquilla, personale gentile e solare, cibo discreto, servizi come piscina, animazione e varie attività molto buoni, camere/appartamenti un po' datati ma puliti e attrezzati. Rooms: È un villaggio che si sviluppa in collina quindi asseconda della sistemazione, ci sarà un per da fare per raggiungere le camere/appartamenti che può essere un po' in salita abbastanza ripida. Nearby activities: C'è una grotta molto interessante da visitare a circa 800 metri dalla struttura. Da visitare la vicina isla del bosque
Location is great. Close to the beach, 5 minutes on foot. The apartment has the bare minimum for anyone who wants to cook. Cleaning could be better. For those who want to choose to eat at the hotel, the buffet has several options, not bad for the price.
