I ordered a side salad and, when I got home and opened it up, I found that the lettuce was brown. There was also half a cup of water at the bottom of the container, and there were no cucumbers or tomatoes included. Instead of ranch dressing, I received tartar sauce. I called the restaurant to inform them about the quality of their salads, but I wasn't about to drive back for a $2.50 salad. Unfortunately, I was hung up on twice during my call. The service was terrible, and the food was equally disappointing. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied. This makes three strikes, so we won’t be returning.
In summary, I placed my order at the Bountiful drive-thru and was asked to wait in a pickup spot that was already taken. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes in a different stall and never received my food. I then went back through the drive-thru and spent another 12-15 minutes waiting while the staff didn’t seem to do anything. Eventually, I just asked for a refund, which they provided along with a box of cold food that didn’t match my order. My dog did enjoy the pastrami burger, though! Overall, I would rate the customer service and effort as zero stars.
A little dirty, nothing out of the norm for a diner though, but the food was bad got the pizza burger at the waitresses recommendation ordered medium well, but cold and pink in the center, side salad was wilted and soggy. Waitress was friendly, slightly inattentive.
To say that I'm disappointed with what has become of one of my favorite diners is an understatement at best. This place used to be my occasional morning hangout and I'm afraid that's about to change

I really enjoy this restaurant. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist you with whatever you need. The food is outstanding. I highly recommend this place—you won't be disappointed!
Let's talk about the front of the house: the waitresses really try but they are hampered by disorganization. Having one waitress cover both ends of the dining room at once causes stress in the
(cont'd) there twenty four years ago. I've never seen such lack luster pancakes in a very long time. This should be a slam dunk for any self respecting diner.

I think Robert Irvine needs to visit this place and do one of his famous makeovers and retraining of the staff that he seems to do so well.
I 'm left wondering if the place has changed hands and we now have Amateur Hour at the Apollo
