Applebee's - Réservation de table

Waitress was not good. Complained about a crack in my ID, then complained we ordered an appetizer before deciding we wanted the 2 for 22. Gave us a speech on not to do that because now it gives her extra work. Took over a half hour for our food to even come out or to get a second drink, even though the restaurant was basically empty. The waitress making the drinks took over 10+ to make a single drink, having to constantly check on how to make it. Refused to not give us a entire cup full of ice because “thats the corporate way” and the drinks were embarrassingly weak. On a positive note, I did enjoy both of the specialty drinks we ordered. The biggest issue, though, was that it took a whopping 45 minutes for our appetizers to arrive, and I'm being generous with that time; it felt even longer. After we finally received our appetizers, the main courses were served about five minutes later. I'm sure most people don't appreciate that kind of timing. We also had our three-year-old with us, and it was quite challenging to keep a child entertained for 45 minutes while we waited. Unfortunately, we don't think we'll be coming back to this Applebee's. Good food and great service go a long way, and this experience fell short.

So we came to the door and there was a line. I have to say to the hostess and party of five. I scan the room and see about ten places we can sit. the host says, wait 20 minutes, the waitress is on break. I answer, we can sit at one of the many open tables and order some drinks from the bar. she answers, I can't do this and let us stand behind us with a series of people. we go and while we go see the waitress eat in a table. smh! hide some more people sometimes in busy night manager! That's crazy! I don't bury a hard worker a break, but the management should have covered this! money at this place to lose applebees. this happened on 10/8/2022...

we had a classic combi for appetizers. the portion sizes are not exaggerated. they give a whole shaker for them, they do not pay through the glass. To complete the amazing eating, was the service. our waitress, jennifer was on her game with the arises attention and kindness. the first time at this place, but will be definitiw back. food: 5/5 Réservez une table maintenant

this is the worst establishment ive ever been in! i ordered food and it took over an hour to make and they had the nerve to tell me im being rude for asking what 's taking so long. they said they were waiting on fries and i said it takes 30 minutes to make fries?

The reviews here are really quite harsh. It's APPLEBEES, folks—maybe lower your expectations a bit! Personally, I love Applebee's. It's conveniently located right next to my job, which is a great bonus! It's the best place to hang out.

I would have rated this place 5 stars because the food was fantastic. Unfortunately, the waitstaff was understaffed. Our waiter was excellent, but he had too many tables to manage. I will definitely return.

For the past couple of years, my friend and I have made it a point to stop by this restaurant on several occasions. It's conveniently located in the Home Depot plaza on Route 9, so it's hard to miss.
