a group of us went to the local applebees that I often visited. this time was a terrible experience. we went in and the hostess said it was 15 minutes. well, we had a group of 5 and there was another group before us the 7th so we waited. we waited and obviously there are short staff, because there were only 2 server, 1 hostess, 1 bar offering and a manager who should go for social skills, how to deal with the customer. the one host sat a group of 8 before us who actually came after us, but they said their name was our name patty group of 5. obviously they lied, and the hostess didn't know they weren't we, because they obviously didn't remember how we looked or counted. I went back upto asks...
Food came out subpar for 3 of us 4ppl. Mine was all cold like it sat for a while, the big mistake for my order was they brought out a half order instead of a full order of ribs, they did bring me out a second half. they did remake the cold onion rings too. The salads were not brought out for 2ppl until they were about 1/2 done eating their meal, 1 with the wrong dressing. The waitress was friendly and worked with us, but it was obvious they were short staffed. I felt bad for her.
We had a group of 9, separate checks and all and the server didn't even flinch. I love it! She was awesome!! Got our drinks, took our order and the food came out quickly as well, and it was tasty. Could not have asked for a better server. Very happy with this experience and so impressed by this little lady. Thank you very much!!Parking: Parking is wide open, very easy.
Our waitress was so helpful, she made sure we never had an empty glass. My husband got the fish and chips (fries), the fish was good but the fries had way to much seasoning on them. I had the Asian Chicken Salad, the dressing was already on the salad and it was to much. They should just do the dressing on the side, let the custome put the dressing on.

Very poor customer service experience, food not well done as ordered, some items missing from the order. We requested to speak to the manager on duty. He didn't say a word of apology. The most and worst experience ever experienced in my entire life. Even after reporting to the manager, no positive outcome.No more apple bees for me and my family.
4 out of 5 meals we were good. my man ordered a well-made burger. it was too pink on the inside. when the server was told, she apologized (not guilty) and offered to restore it. we said no thanks. But if we had more time, it would have been appropriate to have at least one manager know and maybe to let them talk to us.
We dined in and I’m glad we did. The breakfast was tremendous! My son and I have a long standing tradition of IHOP on a weekly basis, but that food just made the switch for me. Perkins it is!
eating was rather disappointing. I had a lot of fried chicken bread in my waffle fruit. the cheese was cold and only congealed to the cold waffelfries. I loved this place.

there was a large piece of paper under the cheese on my burger, I suppose it is the type used to separate the cheese slices. very disgusting
Was satisfied with the service and has not gone to an Applebee for so long. Server was nice. The food was good. No complaints :
