The manager was multitasking between the kitchen, the floor, and bartending, which created a chaotic atmosphere. When my Long Island iced tea arrived, it was watered down. While I understood that the staff were under pressure, I didn't want to pay for a drink I didn’t enjoy. I brought this to Emily's attention, and she promptly apologized and promised to have the manager remake it for me.
About ten minutes later, the manager came over, glanced at my drink, and said, "I made that." Uncertain of how to respond, I simply requested a replacement or for it to be removed from my bill since I had lost interest. She took the glass away but her attitude was off-putting.

Giving two stars because the person that brought the food out to our car was nice. I ordered a chicken fajita roll up. I'm pretty sure the fries were made the day before. They were hard and cold. Not crispy hard, like days old left on a counter hard, not able to be revived in the air fryer hard. My husband ordered the classic combo. Which was anemic for the $16 price tag. Everything was covered in buffalo sauce whether it was supposed to be or not. He did say most of the things that were supposed to be crispy were actually crispy. Everytime I order, I remember how disappointed I was the last time and swear it's the last time I'm ordering, so now I'm writing this to remind myself not to order...
The wait for curbside pickup was about five minutes, but I only noticed three designated parking spaces. The cheeseburger was well-seasoned and flavorful, piled high with all the toppings except pickles. Unfortunately, the fries were cold, but that’s often the case with takeout. The queso dip, served warm with chips, had a nice kick to it, thanks to the peppers, tomatoes, and various cheeses. The Bourbon Street shrimp and chicken were devoured, so they must have been salty yet tasty. We were really looking forward to the Cinnamon Apple Blondie for dessert, but we're still waiting for the ice to freeze again, as warm desserts tend to melt ice when packed together.

The food at Applebee's was quite good. I dined there on a Monday evening, so the restaurant wasn't very crowded. However, the service could use some improvement. Although the server was friendly, she could have been more attentive in clearing the table and checking in for drink refills.
I often visit this restaurant and have consistently had a fantastic experience. Their lunch special burger for only $8 is a great choice. The service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is vibrant and pleasant. They have plenty of screens for watching sports and also offer a full bar.
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant with great service and delicious food. Although my flooring was a bit overcooked, the staff handled it well and removed it from my bill, which was a nice gesture. Regardless, everything was still very tasty, especially the dessert!
