Applebee's Grill

Food was great, drinks were pretty good... But if it takes 15 minutes to make my drink, and another fixed 5 minutes I can see it sitting at the bar...? When our server came by, it was at least 10 minutes before we could see it again... We were there almost 90 minutes... it could have been a bit 45 minutes if he was more attentive.

Applebee 's Grill was walking from our Hotel Wildwood Lodge in Clive, Iowa, just outside Des Moines, Iowa. Meals and various specialties were very appealing. We found our favorite salads, veggie, steak and chicken. We were very pleasantly full, so no dessert, but they had a good selection of them, and also drinks. Yum. Thank you.

Very slow service. Took 15 minutes to get my drink and 45 minutes to get food last night. Place was maybe half full. Ordered burger medium well and it was medium rare at best. I would have liked to have it sent back to get it cooked more but no one came back for 10 minutes. Server was kind at least.

Slow and bad service also got an appetizer of buffalo boneless wings and it didn't look like they were shaking it well.

Always a treat! We enjoyed our lunch and excellent service today! We're coming back!
