I just had the salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes. It was very good. The salmon was cooked good. It was able to be cut with a fork easily and was tender enough that it was able to be broken up with just your tongue. Which is quite good for anyone with teeth problems or lack of teeth. The broccoli was okay. The broccoli was steamed with nothing else added. If you have teeth problems or no teeth then another side might suit you better. Mashed potatoes were good. They are closer to skin in country style mashed potatoes okay with small chunks of potato mixed in. They were still very well cooked and the pieces mixed in were very tender.
