Not sure where all of the 5 star raves are for, this is specific to the Hemet, Ca store.My husband and I decided to go one afternoon. As we approached the doors, I opened the first set.while he entered on his crutches, then I opened the second set of doors to be stared at by 3 20 something year olds, who obviously was not taught to open doors for guests yet.Told them we were eating in the bar, was handed 2.menus and 2.sets.of silverware, then asked if we were sitting at the bar or tables,.said the bar at which time they took the menus back. What ever.Bartender, took my drink order, which was a beer, to walk back and ask my husband what he wanted, it was also a beer, still never knew why 2 beers could not be served at the same time. Took our order, wings and a salad. 30 minutes later, our order finally found our spot. Bartender made a grand entrance, telling my husband the plate was hot, blah blah, set down my salad, I guess he had no feeling in that hand as the bowl was hotter than the wings plate.Off he went, I tried my now hot salad and decided it was not worth the 13.00 and set it aside. Back comes the bartender, told him the problem, asked if I wanted another salad, after the wait and everything else, no thanks.Got our bill, which he comped my salad, no I told him to take it away. What ever, so 31.00 for 2 beers and wings is way over priced, we used to go there at least once a month, but never again
abby, the waitress who served me was not willing to provide a proper service when I stopped eating there. their bad attitude. lack of care to serve me on a wise way that made me comfortable with applebees when treating their customers, made me stop that she could serve me again and again. there are others waiting for local workers who treat the customers like a respected person. we have other choices. if you don't want you to be out of power or with a retreat from the group, or if you don't want to conjure yourself where you have done where you are to applebee’s.
we have such a great time here to happy hour! I think the bar area has a better service when it comes during this time. in the rule go here for a cheap date at night with half price start and big drinks options! the pub bretzels are a favorite with us, but the cheese sauce with which they come is not too good. we also love the mozzarella sticks and buffalo boneless wings.
